General Description

The CRONOSSTECH CHSP series H-type hydraulic deep drawing presses are developed with a double-acting operating principle to ensure controlled material flow in sheet metal forming, deep drawing, and forming applications. Thanks to its H-frame structure with 8 slideways, maximum rigidity is assured during pressing, while parallelism and perpendicularity tolerances remain stable throughout the long stroke.

The CHSP 300/100 model is designed for deep drawing and forming operations that require high tonnage, featuring a 300-ton main ram and a 100-ton cushion ram (blank holder). The frame construction undergoes stress relief by vibration to ensure durability and reliable operation over its lifetime.
