General Description

The CRONOSSTECH CHSP series H-type hydraulic deep drawing presses are designed with a double-acting operating principle to ensure controlled material flow in sheet metal forming, deep drawing, and metal spinning applications. The 8-gib H-frame design provides maximum rigidity during pressing operations, while parallelism and perpendicularity tolerances are steadily maintained throughout the stroke.

The CHSP 250/80 model—with 250-ton main ram and 80-ton blankholder (cushion) capacity—is intended for medium- to high-tonnage deep drawing and spinning operations. The machine frame is stress-relieved via vibration for long-term durability and reliable operation.
