General Description

The CRONOSSTECH CHSP series H-type hydraulic deep drawing presses are designed using a double-acting working principle to ensure controlled material flow in sheet metal forming, deep drawing, and spinning applications. Thanks to the 8-guided H-frame construction, the press provides maximum rigidity during operation, and parallelism and perpendicularity tolerances are consistently maintained throughout the stroke.

The CHSP 200/70 model, with a 200-ton main ram and a 70-ton lower cushion (pot), is designed for medium to high tonnage deep drawing and spinning operations. The frame construction is stress-relieved by vibration method, aiming for long-lasting and reliable operation.
