Specifications of the ZZ 1500x3000 Plasma-Oxyfuel Cutting Machine

The ZZ 1500x3000 CNC plasma or oxyfuel cutter is a mobile device designed for contour cutting of components from sheet metal. The machine does not require anchoring to the floor, significantly reducing installation time. Additionally, it allows flexible placement anywhere in the workshop without the need for costly foundations.

The machine features a high-quality drive system; combined with its lightweight gantry, it is one of the fastest machines available on the market. The cutter can be used for both manual and automated cutting. Equipped with a digital controller, it enables cutting of complex shapes. This model of CNC plasma cutter is particularly well-suited to the shipbuilding, machinery, and energy industries. The CNC1 is fitted with a precision X and Y-axis guidance system.

Operation is managed by a Sino-American electronic control system, noted for its high precision and error elimination during operation. The machine is extremely user-friendly when it comes to programming. Both manual programming for simple shapes and automated programming for more complex figures are possible. The display shows the cutting pattern and torch movement in real time.

For convenient programming, the machine comes with original FastCAM software supplied. The software is available in Polish, making operation even more intuitive.

FastCAM is a CAD/CAM technological program for designing and defining cutting paths for components to be cut on CNC cutters. It is installed on a PC in the office (desktop or laptop). After defining the cutting path, the ready control code is transferred to the machine's control unit. FastCAM software is standard equipment for our machines.

The machine is equipped with a THC (voltage-based torch height control). Highly accurate adjustment (+/- 0.1mm) of torch-to-material distance during cutting. This ensures higher precision and avoids issues found in capacitive sensors and roller guides. Controller parameters are automatically selected from the Automatic Cutting Parameter Selection Table.
