From the outset, our goal in designing the Q12E16 electric mast truck was to create a working tool that would enable both loading and unloading goods in confined spaces. That’s why we focused on compact dimensions and a load capacity of up to 1200 kg, allowing work in areas where other machines struggle to maneuver. We have also provided a lifting height of 1600 mm and two operating modes: fast and “turtle” mode.

Increased rigidity and stability during lifting translate into workplace safety and allow seamless movement of challenging goods—thanks to a robust frame made of high-quality steel, which ensures the truck’s extended service life. The safety cut-off switch is vital for operator and machine protection.

We do not require service inspections during the warranty period, meaning our Q12E16 unit is not only reliable but also economical to operate. All these features ensure efficient and safe working conditions.

The AGM battery is characterized by lower self-discharge compared to conventional lead-acid batteries, ensuring the Q12E16 truck is ready for use immediately after charging. Moreover, the battery is sealed, which eliminates the risk of acid leakage and simplifies both transport and maintenance. We chose this type due to its greater resistance to extreme temperatures, shocks, and vibrations.

The integrated charger enables battery charging wherever there is access to a power socket. This means the operator can recharge the battery during work breaks or while transporting the unit, ensuring continuous and efficient operation. The LED battery charge indicator informs the operator of the current battery level, so the battery can be recharged at the right time for workflow continuity. Additionally, the Q12E16 mast truck is equipped with an “emergency belly switch” for operator protection—to prevent accidents such as being run over by the unit.
