A planer-thicknesser is a versatile woodworking machine that enables leveling, sizing, and smoothing of timber. Ideal for carpentry and furniture manufacturing, it provides precise planing, surface finishing, edge-processing, board production, manufacturing of joinery elements, and preparation of glue-ready materials. This robust machine features a high-quality cast iron table, material removal knives, an electric motor, and adjustable controls, ensuring user-friendly operation.

The planer-thicknesser, also known as a jointer, is designed for the initial processing of both rough and solid wood, as well as softwood (lumber). Its primary function is to flatten, size, and smooth timber using mechanical processes. This tool is particularly useful in woodworking and furniture production, where precision and repeatability are essential.

Heavy-duty construction with increased mass for vibration resistance

With a machine weight of 170 kg and wide, ground cast iron tables (250 mm), it guarantees high stability for safe operation. Additional rubber feet provide virtually vibration-free performance.

Effortless conversion from jointer to thicknesser

Switching from jointer to thicknesser mode is fast and simple: just unlock the eccentrics, raise the tables, and reposition the dust extraction hood.

- Centrally mounted thicknessing table on a column with a handwheel for up-down adjustments.
- 700x150 mm aluminum swing fence with a scale strip, enabling precise angular adjustment within a 90-45 degree range.
