The planer-thicknesser, also known as a jointer, is designed for the initial processing of both rough and solid wood, as well as softwood (lumber). Switching from jointer to thicknesser mode is fast and simple: just unlock the eccentrics, raise the tables, and reposition the dust extraction hood.
