Fiber laser cutting machines are modern solutions distinguished by numerous advantages. Gantry Made from Seasoned Aerospace-Grade Aluminum
The gantry is constructed with aerospace-grade aluminum, formed with 4,300 tons of force to achieve outstanding rigidity. Aerospace aluminum offers numerous advantages: greater stiffness than cast iron, low weight, corrosion and oxidation resistance, and excellent machinability.

Exchangeable Work Table
The exchangeable work table consists of upper and lower platforms, with movement and exchange controlled by a controller. The machine can complete a table exchange cycle in just 15 seconds.

Welded Bed from Rectangular Profiles
The bed structure features an internal honeycomb design made from welded rectangular tubes. Reinforcements inside the tubes increase the bed’s strength and enhance rail rigidity and stability, effectively preventing deformation. This provides high strength, stability, tensile resistance, and ensures 20 years of distortion-free operation.

Raytools Cutting Head
- Automatic Focus Adjustment – The software automatically adjusts the focusing lens for cutting sheets of varying thickness. The speed of automatic focus is ten times faster than manual adjustment.
- Extended Manual Adjustment Range – Adjustment range of -10mm to +10mm, with 0.01mm precision, suitable for various material thicknesses (0–20 mm), for powers below 1500W.
