Gantry beam body made from high-pressure cast aluminum:
The gantry body is manufactured using high-pressure casting technology, pressed with 4,300 tons of force from an alloy used in the aerospace industry. During the aging process, the body achieves high strength. Aerospace-grade aluminum provides numerous advantages, including excellent ductility, low weight, high corrosion and oxidation resistance, and ease of machining.
Bed frame structure:
The machine bed features an internal honeycomb structure made of multiple welded rectangular tubes. Reinforcements are placed inside the tubes to increase the bed’s strength, as well as the rigidity and stability of the guide rails to effectively prevent deformation.

- CYPCUT system provides extensive shape creation/editing, DXF file import, advanced nesting functionalities, and comprehensive device configuration enabling selection of all cutting and kinematic parameters.
