Gantry body made from high-pressure cast aluminium:
The gantry body is produced using high-pressure casting technology, with a 4,300-ton press, from alloy grades used in the aerospace industry. During the ageing process, the body achieves high strength. Aerospace aluminium offers many benefits, such as good ductility, low weight, corrosion and oxidation resistance, and is easy to machine.

Bed structure:
The bed is constructed with an internal honeycomb structure, made from numerous welded rectangular tubes. Inside the tubes are reinforcements that further increase the bed’s durability, rigidity, and stability of the guide rails, effectively preventing deformation.

Raytools cutting head:
- Greater range of manual adjustment – Adjustment range -10 mm to +10 mm, precision 0.01 mm, suitable for various material thicknesses (0–20 mm)
- Long service life. Collimator and focusing lenses feature water-cooled heat sinks, reducing the cutting head temperature to extend service life.
- CYPCUT control system offers extensive shape creation and editing, DXF file import, advanced automatic nesting, and comprehensive machine configuration options, allowing full cutting and kinematic parameter customisation.
