Description of Z-direction measurement switching:
The measurement direction switching allows surface probing in two directions.
This enables inner and outer contours to be evaluated relative to each other without loss of reference.
This function can be used without restrictions in automated measurement routines.
Additional analysis capabilities include, for example:
