The RC-1-0505 stud welding system stands out due to its high-quality equipment and a safety enclosure featuring protective glazing and an additional light grid.
It is equipped with a CDP-99 stud welding unit for the capacitor discharge (tip ignition) process, a fully automatic stud feeder, and a KAH100 welding head.
The machine offers a working area of 500 x 500 mm.
Thanks to simple controls, the system is user-friendly and easy to program, even for inexperienced operators.
Welding positions can be entered intuitively via crosshair laser and handheld terminal using the teach-in method.
