The pneumatic drive, powered by compressed air, delivers a very high and consistent pulling force that is always available, with no need for recharging cycles or battery replacements. The fabric-reinforced compressed air hose is highly flexible.

The large support surface prevents tilting during grinding. This allows the operator to grind hold points accurately and precisely. The depth of the hold point can be set exactly using the depth adjustment.

The patented hold-down system for rubbers and ejector materials prevents grinding into the rubber or profile. The advantage: fewer and smaller hold points are required, and the performance of the die rubber is preserved. The hold point grinder is available in versions for corrugated and solid board. The attachments are matched to the standard widths of diamond grinding wheels for corrugated and solid board.

Diamond grinding wheels allow for optimal placement of breakers. Compared to stone grinding wheels, they are extremely robust and less prone to breakage. Additionally, they are more durable and sustainable. The scope of delivery for the hold point grinder includes a matching diamond grinding wheel for the device in the desired size.

Manual hold point tools are the ideal complement to the hold point grinder. The chisels can be used to enlarge the hold points after grinding if necessary. Two manual hold point tools are also included in the package free of charge.
