Compact vertical axis balancing machine with a load capacity of up to 50 kg. Thanks to its compact design, the machine occupies relatively little space and does not require foundation work, allowing for easy relocation to any chosen location. The balancing process is managed by the latest measurement system, 'ROTORTEST 9.5', equipped with dedicated software featuring workshop programs that calculate the unbalance for convenient correction methods, including drilling or milling parameters.
A vertical axis balancing machine is recommended for balancing rotors mounted on a bore, such as fan rotors, pulleys, flywheels, tools, pumps, and many others. The main advantages of this type of balancer are its versatility, the ability to use dedicated self-centering fixtures providing high measurement accuracy, and a simple, quick calibration method known as 'factory calibration', which does not require calibration runs before starting measurements. The entire procedure involves simply entering the basic rotor parameters into the program.
This machine is an excellent choice for balancing single pieces of various rotor models and is particularly well-suited for balancing large series of the same rotor model.
