Universal horizontal axis balancing machine on a bed with belt drive, rated for load capacities up to 700 kg. An optional rotor drive via the headstock using a Cardan shaft can be added. The machine enables balancing of various types of rotors such as motors, paper mill rolls, fans, pumps, spindles, and many other machine components. The balancing process is managed by the latest "ROTORTEST 9.5" measuring system with dedicated software, which includes workshop programs to calculate imbalances into convenient correction methods, including drilling and milling parameters.

The main advantages of this type of balancer are its universal application, high measurement accuracy, and a straightforward, fast calibration method known as 'manufacturer calibration,' which does not require calibration runs prior to measurement. The entire procedure simply involves entering the basic rotor parameters into the program. This machine is an excellent choice for balancing single pieces of various rotor types as well as large series of the same rotor model. The machine delivers high balancing precision and short cycle times. Only highest quality components from renowned global brands are used in construction.
