The FORMA Z is the most flexible and versatile folding machine in our portfolio. With the FORMA Z, you can fold both upwards and downwards. This eliminates the need to flip the material, allowing quick bending of complex sheets by a single operator. The rotation of the combination upper beam between two tool set-ups, along with the unique geometry, provides you with unrivaled working space. The automatic tool locking system is quick and features functions that make tool changes highly ergonomic. The folding beam is equipped with automatic crowning, automatic bending-center adjustment, and automatic sheet thickness adjustment, ensuring excellent bending quality for all sheet thicknesses and across the entire bending length. The large number of vacuum grippers holds the workpiece securely at any position along the backgauge—large or small sheets, singles or multiples alike. The backgauge is available in many versions, so you can choose how to operate the machine and how to guide sheets to and from the machine. In addition, the FORMA Z is fast, allowing you to produce more in less time!

- The machine comes standard with Multifold design – this means both the bending and lower beam are equipped with segmented tooling.
- The backgauge is optionally available with vacuum grippers or with height adjustment. The minimum dimension is 6 mm for spring steel fingers. With vacuum grippers, handling becomes easier, more precise, and more automated!
