CAL-one CAL-one 1200

The CAL-one 1200 automaton is the latest model in the range of machines designed for the production of single-section, two-section, three-section, and four-section calendars. The machine achieves a mechanical speed of up to 1200 finished calendars per hour. The fourth station can be configured as a feeder for calendar pads or headers. Optionally, this station can be replaced with a module allowing switching between pads and headers. The fifth station is used for punching holes in economical calendars with the option to convert it into an eyeletting unit. The machine is equipped with an automatic back board feeder for calendars, and the headers are automatically glued using a stream feeder.
