The brewhouse features a 470 L wort kettle and a 500 L lauter tun.
Heating is electric, with a power output of 21 kW. The heating elements are integrated into the wall and bottom of the vessels. The brewhouse achieves a maximum brewhouse yield of 74%. Original gravity can reach up to 18 degrees Plato.
This is a two-vessel brewhouse, consisting of a mash tun/wort kettle combination and a lauter tun/whirlpool vessel. There is a high-efficiency pump located beneath the mash tun, allowing for wort recirculation and transfer between vessels via hoses.
Recipe management, automated mashing programs, timer function, and manual operating mode are controlled via a 7-inch touchscreen panel.
The integrated plate heat exchanger for sparge water preparation enables mains water to be heated directly to the required temperature and gently sprayed into the lauter tun through nozzles in the lid. An additional hot water preparation unit is not necessary.

The built-in tubular heat exchanger for wort cooling is installed within the insulated double wall of the kettle. This exchanger can cool hot wort from 96°C down to approximately 18°C within just 30 minutes using fresh water. The resulting warm cooling water can be collected directly in the mash tun, allowing it to be reused for subsequent brews.
