Aprašymas
Line for the production of round and rectangular tubes from black and stainless steel
with diameters ranging from 20.0 mm to 70.0 mm and wall thickness from 0.5 mm to 3.5 mm. Other diameter ranges can be manufactured, provided that the appropriate set of rolls is produced.
The tube or closed profile is formed by rolling a strip of suitable width and thickness using a set of rollers and subsequently joined by TIG welding. During production, it undergoes several processing operations, such as:
a) weld seam grinding
b) calibration
c) straightening
d) and cutting
The finished “raw tube” product is further processed to achieve the desired surface finish. Two finishing processes are available:
a) wet grinding using abrasive belts
b) and/or dry polishing with polishing wheels and compounds.
CONSTRUCTION
The profiling line is equipped with SAF automatic TIG welding technology:
a) Tricathode NERTAMATIC 300 TR TIG Inverter, 2 units
b) Tricathode NETRINOX TH 500 TIG Inverter, 1 unit
c) Welding products with wall thickness 0.5 – 1.5 mm: E16 torch
d) Welding products with wall thickness 1.5 – 3.5 mm: E25 torch
