Remarks:
The baler has been partially refurbished, serviced in our workshop, tested after completion, and stored. The machine is available at short notice and can be inspected at our warehouse by appointment.
The following refurbishment works have been carried out:
- Derusting and partial repainting of the baler
- Complete draining of the hydraulic oil tank, replacement of oil and air filters
- Refilled with new hydraulic oil
- Replaced all hydraulic hoses
- Disassembled, overhauled, and reassembled main hydraulic cylinder, two pre-press flap cylinders, and channel press cylinder: honed cylinder tubes, renewed all seal kits, and carried out final pressure test
- Dismantled pre-press flap with bearings and bearing brackets. Removed and re-welded 1st and 3rd arc segment
- Renewed both bearings on pre-press flap shaft
- Renewed upper material retainer on pre-press flap frame
- Dismantled the press ram, inspected and replaced both front running wheels

- Removed and replaced material retainers and wear profiles on sides and bottom of the press ram
- Dismantled, overhauled horizontal and vertical needle and tying units, replaced plastic sliding plates, bearings for twister shafts and wire guide pulleys on the needle heads
- Replaced both bronze slide rails left and right in press ram frame cover
- Renewed both wire redirect units left and right, incl. bale retention clamps
- Fully renewed wire feeding unit incl. hydraulic cylinder under the needle passages
- Welded and smoothed out wire grooves on the bottom and side walls of the press channel
- General maintenance and service work according to manufacturer’s recommendations
- Baler tested in both manual and automatic mode after completion of refurbishment, accepted and stored
