The support bar cleaner from BMZ ensures increased longevity of the support bars through repeated cleaning. It cleans quickly and easily, without the need to remove the bars for servicing, saving valuable time! Cleaning a complete standard-sized pallet (1500 x 3000 mm) takes approximately 30 minutes. On laser cutting machines equipped with a pallet changer, users can even clean the bars while cutting is in progress.

The BMZ Pro Cleaner removes even heavily contaminated bars from slag and automatically adjusts to varying slag thicknesses up to 25 mm. It is also suitable for removing stubborn stainless steel slag.

Regular cleaning increases process reliability and the quality of the produced parts.
