Reliable and clean slag removal with slag hammer brushes
EdgeRacer the Grinder effortlessly removes slag formed on the underside during plasma or oxy-fuel cutting. The disc brushes are adjusted to almost touch the underside, allowing the steel pins to hammer off the slag.

Powerful deburring and precise edge rounding
EdgeRacer® the Grinder easily removes stubborn punching burrs and laser beads/splatter. You can also adjust the brush feed to define the level of edge rounding required.

Deburring and edge rounding of thin sheets and 3D workpieces
Deburr thin sheets or sheets with cutouts. The grinding brushes can be positioned below the transport level, ensuring the entire workpiece edge is processed. The oxide-disc allows for removal of oxide layers from both inner and outer contours.

Full working width or double performance – optimally adjusted to your requirements
Depending on the width of the parts to be processed, you can select between two processing modes. Choose single-row operation to fully utilize the working width, whether for wide parts or for parallel loading. To optimize tool wear, the brushes automatically change their positions. For narrower workpieces, select double-row operation for dual processing in a single pass.
