The ER 1500 E is a top-side, single-sided deburring machine equipped with the EdgeRacer carousel for precise processing of interior and exterior contours with user-defined edge rounding. The EdgeRacer ER 1500 E offers a high throughput rate of over 300 m²/h, gentle surface processing—even for polished, brushed, and foil-coated sheets—and reproducible results. Thanks to the roller conveyor of the EdgeRacer ER 1500 E, the grinding heads can also be adjusted below roller table level. The roller conveyor ensures maximum energy efficiency, with processing costs typically less than €0.01 per square meter of sheet metal processed. Thanks to the reversing operation, sheets to be processed can be inserted and removed from the infeed side.
