The offer includes:
- Set of electrical cabinets, complete labeled wiring
- Set of pumps and valves, sensors and probes, temperature sensors, thermometers, piping, a multicyclone (flue gas pre-separator), a hydraulic ash removal system for the boiler, hydraulically-driven grates and a hydraulic sluice below the firebox.
- Hydraulic fuel feed system with hydraulic pump, stoker approximately 6 meters long, equipped with an automatic fire suppression system in case of flashback.
- Lambda sensor in the flue gas duct.
- Approximately 12 meters of horizontal flue gas duct.
- Set of recirculation fans, one flue gas fan controlled via an oven vacuum sensor and temperature controller, circulating pump, three-way valve, and shut-off valves.
- Complete documentation of the electrical installation and program description.

Optional, at an additional cost:
1. Push-floor system for the fuel storage area, 2 rakes, floor dimensions 3.8 m × 10 m, including hydraulic pump and complete hydraulic hose set.
2. Insulated, double-walled stainless steel chimney, 500 mm inner diameter, approx. 15 m high.
3. Complete dismantling,
including opening and closing the roof, crane service, loading, as well as photo documentation of the dismantling process.
Price to be negotiated. Alternatively, joint dismantling by ATS Maszyny together with the buyer’s fitters.
