The VDM 1636 CN is a vertical NC milling and drilling machine designed for the automatic execution of complex drilling and milling cycles. It is equipped with a double drilling head (1 + 1 opposed spindles), each fitted with a rotary tool magazine (8 positions each). This machine, which stands out for its user-friendly operation, has been designed according to the most advanced technical solutions to ensure exceptionally high machining accuracy.

The double rotary tool magazine with 8 positions enables drilling, countersinking, and milling at a single workstation.

Easy to use, fast and precise in operation thanks to the implemented technological solutions: 5.5 kW spindles, spindle movement on ball guides, latest-generation brushless NC motors, and easy, intuitive software.

In a single automatic cycle, the VDM 1636 CN can perform the following operations:

Holes can be made at any point on the glass surface.

The new control console used in the VDM1636 milling and drilling machine combines all the advantages of numerical control. This interface can operate in a network with other machines. It can also be connected to the BAVELLONI network, enabling remote manufacturer service.
