The cartons are taken from the discharge flow of the folding box machine, stacked manually, and pushed onto the transit infeed conveyor of the US-2000 TRC 900. Within the system, the stack is precisely aligned three times by means of side guides and front stopper, pressed, and then banded. For the second banding cycle, the front stopper automatically shifts to the next position, which has been pre-set via the display. A servo-driven conveyor motor provides individually adjustable strap tension to ensure gentle banding of high-quality carton stacks. The system achieves a cycle rate of up to 22 stacks per minute.
