We are a Polish manufacturer of machines and integrated systems for recycling applications. Our solutions are already operating in numerous plants across Europe. We specialize in the design, construction, and commissioning of complete processing lines for the recovery of non-ferrous metals and plastics.

🔍 ATV Eddy Current Separators – What do we offer?

Our separator lineup includes more than a dozen models with belt widths from 330 mm up to 2200 mm, available in two variants:
• Symmetrical models (A) – traditional design, ideal for glass, ASR, PET
• Eccentric models (P) – increased separation precision, especially for fine metal fractions

ATV separators are available in the following sizes:
• ATV-40 to ATV-240
• Belt widths: from 330 mm to 2200 mm
• Rotor speed up to 4000 rpm (depending on version)
• Drive: motors from 3.0 kW to 7.5 kW plus belt drive motor
• All equipment is CE certified

We can tailor the separator to your fraction, throughput, and line conditions.

🧠 In-house test center

For clients who wish to assess the effectiveness of our solutions on their own materials, we offer the opportunity to test them in our research and test center in Poland.
You can send us your material (PET, glass, ASR, metals, e-waste), and we will select and configure the optimal equipment settings—even before purchase.
