10 hl, 4-vessel brewhouse from Nordhausen, composed of the following components:

- 2-roller mill: Manufactured by Mühlen-, Maschinen- und Anlagenbau GmbH Zeitz, with a capacity of 200 kg/h. The rollers measure 250 mm in diameter and 40 mm in width.
- Mash tun: Made of stainless steel, featuring bottom and shell heating for heating via saturated steam.
- Lauter tun: Made of stainless steel, equipped with a two-arm rake and frequency-controlled lauter pump.
- Wort kettle: Stainless steel, with bottom and shell heating surface for heating by saturated steam.
- Whirlpool: Stainless steel, insulated at both the shell and the bottom. Includes wort cooling pump.
- Wort cooling: Two-stage plate heat exchanger with a throughput of 10 hl/h and wort aeration.
- Hot water tank: Insulated stainless-steel tank with heating coil for reheating, and hot water pump.

Machine (additional): 10 hl brewhouse with grist mill, wort cooling, and hot water tank.
