AMTEC VFFS-SYS Tea LW50

Packaging system for fully automatic dosing, filling, and packaging of tea in pyramid (tetrahedral) tea bags. The tea is dosed or weighed using an 8-head linear weigher, which is already included in the price. The tetrahedral tea bag packaging machine uses ultrasonic sealing technology to produce either flat traditional tea bags or pyramid (tetrahedral) tea bags. Finally, the (flat or pyramid) tea bag is packed into an outer bag, which can be either a 3-side sealed pouch or a pillow-type bag with longitudinal seal.
