VFFS machine with integrated free-fall metal detector for inspecting vertically falling products, equipped with a 14-head multihead weigher suitable for bulk goods and granulates. Compact design without a platform frame. Suitable for producing pillow bags with back seal, gusseted stand-up pouches (gusset forming tool required), OR pyramid-shaped bags (special sealing unit required). The vertical form fill seal machine is equipped with: touchscreen; PLC; photo sensor (print mark detection) for sealing/cutting position; servo-controlled end seal unit; servo motor for film feeding; thermal transfer printer for batch number, date, expiration date.
