Packaging system for dosing and filling granulates into pre-formed bags, followed by vacuum sealing of the filled bag. Workflow: Bag pick-up, dosing of granulate via integrated weigh scale, bag shaping into brick form prior to filling, vacuuming and sealing, and automated bag discharge. Suitable for free-flowing granulated materials such as coffee beans, grains, rice, feed, seeds, beans, peanuts, salt, chemical fertilizers, etc. PLC-controlled operation with user-friendly touchscreen interface. Compatible with poly bags.
