AMTEC TRS SA12-L

Semi-automatic tray sealer with modified atmosphere packaging (MAP) and vacuum function. Before sealing the tray, a protective atmosphere can be created by introducing a gas mixture and/or generating a vacuum. By displacing oxygen, for example, food products remain fresh and have an extended shelf life. A skin-vacuum module can be integrated into the packaging machine at additional cost. The AMTEC tray sealer is therefore particularly interesting for the food processing industry. Ribbon printer for best-before date or batch number is included in the price. PLC by OMRON, touchscreen from WEINVIEW, servo motors from Panasonic, pneumatic valves and cylinders by AIRTAC.
