Fully automatic thermoforming machine: Cups/containers are formed, filled, and sealed with film. Suitable for vacuum, gas, and modified atmosphere packaging of food, meat, seafood, fruit, vegetables, medical products, and household goods. Key components are made from stainless steel, modular cavities are easily replaceable, and the system includes water cooling for the thermoforming tool and sealing module. Vacuum pump by BUSCH (Germany), PLC, touchscreen, and servomotor by OMRON, relays and air switches by SCHNEIDER. Top packaging: heat-sealable films; bottom packaging: thermoformable sealing film; both rigid and flexible films can be used.
