Angular welding machine for shrink film packaging, PRO version with reinforced welding frame for consistently accurate packaging results. Designed for larger products, semi-automatic operation (manual product feeding, automatic discharge). Suitable for use in combination with the PRO version of the AMTEC SHRINKtunnel POF-XXL. – Specifications: 220V, 7kW; no compressed air required; max. machine cycle rate (idle): 20 cycles/minute; max. product dimensions (mm): L(100-850)xW(100-650)xH(2-280); max. product weight: dependent on product size and weight distribution on the infeed table; machine dimensions (mm): L2410xW1095xH1515; weight (net/gross) 200–250 kg. For heavy products, we will gladly produce sample packaging to confirm whether the machine can process your products or, if necessary, to offer suitable alternative systems for your packaging task. For semi-automatic machines, the cycle rate must also be understood as an operator-dependent empirical value.
