Horizontally operating, intermittent, gear-driven filling and sealing machine for filling and further processing of pre-made flat pouches or Doypacks with zipper closure. Especially suitable for extra-large pre-made pouches. Integration of various filling systems is possible (auger filler, scale, volumetric dosing, liquid, paste and other dosing units). One pouch is processed per production step. By default, 1 dosing unit is provided and accordingly 1 filling hopper is installed. The machine can alternatively be equipped with an additional dosing unit and a second filling hopper, allowing either the processing of two different materials or splitting the filling process, increasing production speed (particularly relevant for viscous products). Main components: PLC, touchscreen operation monitor (menu available in various languages, such as English, German, etc.), temperature control. - Specifications: Bag sizes (min.-max.): L(120-400)xW(90-280)mm; max. filling capacity: 3000ml; max. machine cycle rate (empty): 50 cycles/minute; 6.5kW; 27m³/h; machine dimensions: (L)4100x(W)1020x(H)1500mm; weight: 1800kg. All product-contacting parts are made of stainless steel (SS304). Dosing units and/or additional add-on modules shown in the machine photo (e.g. discharge conveyor or similar) are optional extras and are intended for illustration purposes only. The machine is suitable for a wide range of composite films. We will gladly check and confirm compatibility based on sample materials.

The machine/system is also available in further versions for different packaging sizes and packaging speeds.
