Horizontally operating, intermittent, gear-driven filling and sealing machine for filling and further processing of pre-made flat pouches or doypacks with zip closure. Especially suitable for large pre-made bags. Integration of various filling systems is possible (auger filler, scale, volumetric dosing, liquid, paste and other dosing units). One bag is processed per production step. By default, one dosing unit is provided and accordingly one infeed hopper is installed. The machine can be equipped with an additional dosing unit and a second infeed hopper, enabling either two different materials to be processed or splitting the filling process, which can increase production speed (relevant, for example, for viscous products). Main components: PLC, touchscreen operating monitor (menu available in various languages, e.g., English, German, etc.), temperature control. - Specifications: Bag sizes (min.-max.): L(120-320)xW(100-240)mm; max. filling capacity: 2000ml; max. machine cycle rate (idle): 50 cycles/minute; 5.5kW; 27m³/h; Machine dimensions (L)3600x(W)1100x(H)1500mm; Weight: 1800kg. All parts in contact with product are made of stainless steel (SS304). The dosing units and/or additional modules (e.g., outfeed conveyor or similar) shown in the machine photo are optional extras for this position and are for illustration purposes only. The machine is suitable for a wide range of composite films. We are happy to check and confirm corresponding compatibility based on a sample.

The machine/system is also available in further versions for different packaging sizes and speeds.
