Horizontally operating, intermittent, gear-driven filling and sealing machine for filling and further processing of pre-made flat pouches or Doypacks with zip closure. Particularly suitable for large pre-made bags. Integration of various filling systems is possible (auger filler, scale, volumetric dosing, liquid, paste, and other dosing units). One pouch is processed per production cycle. By default, one dosing unit is included, and accordingly, one filling hopper is installed. Optionally, the machine can be equipped with an additional dosing unit and a second filling hopper, thus enabling either the processing of two different materials or splitting the filling process, which can increase production speed (relevant, for example, when handling viscous products). Main components: PLC, touchscreen operating monitor (menu available in various languages, e.g., English, German, etc.), temperature control. - Specifications: Pouch sizes (min.-max.): L(110-310)xW(90-210)mm; max. filling capacity: 1600ml; max. empty cycle speed: 50 cycles/minute; 4.5kW; 15m³/h; machine dimensions: (L)2700x(W)970x(H)1400mm; weight: 900kg. All parts that come into contact with the product are made of stainless steel (SS304). The dosing units and/or additional mounting modules pictured (e.g., discharge conveyor belt or similar) are optional extras for this unit and shown for demonstration purposes only. The machine is suitable for a wide range of composite films. We are happy to check and confirm the appropriate compatibility based on sampling.
