Horizontally operating, intermittently running, gear-driven filling and sealing machine for filling and further processing of pre-made flat pouches or Doypacks with zip closures. Particularly suited for medium-sized pre-made pouches. Integration of various filling systems is possible (auger doser, scale, volumetric dosing, liquid, paste, and other dosing units). In each production cycle, two pouches are processed, enabling a higher output per minute. By default, 2 dosing units are provided (and required), and accordingly, 2 filling hoppers are installed. The machine can be equipped with two additional dosing units and filling hoppers, allowing either the processing of two different materials or splitting the filling process, thus increasing production speed (relevant, for example, for viscous products). Main components: PLC, touchscreen control monitor (menu available in various languages, such as English, German, etc.), temperature control.
