Horizontally operating, intermittent, gear-driven filling and sealing machine for filling and further processing of pre-made flat pouches or Doypacks with a screw cap at the top. Particularly suited for medium-sized pre-made pouches. Integration of liquid and paste fillers is possible. One pouch is processed per production cycle. By default, the machine is equipped with one dosing unit and one filling hopper. It can be optionally fitted with an additional dosing unit and a second filling hopper, enabling either the processing of two different materials or splitting of the filling process, which increases production speed (especially relevant for viscous products). Main components: PLC, touchscreen operating monitor (menu available in multiple languages, such as English, German, etc.), temperature control. - Specifications: Pouch size (min.-max.): L(80-310)xW(60-180)mm; max. filling capacity: 1200ml; max. idle machine cycle rate: 50 cycles/minute; 1.8kW; 12m³/h; machine dimensions: (L)1990x(W)970x(H)1390mm; weight: 700kg. All parts in contact with the product are made of stainless steel (SS304). The dosing units and/or additional add-on modules (e.g., exit conveyor belt or similar), visible in the machine photo, are optional extras for this listing and are shown for illustration purposes only. The machine is suitable for a wide range of composite films. We are happy to check and confirm compatibility based on sampling.
