Filling and capping machine for filling liquids and pastes into stand-up pouches (Doypacks) with spout and screw cap. This rotary machine is specifically designed for filling all types of liquids such as water, juices, sauces like soy sauce, salad dressings, tomato sauce, or higher viscosity products such as BBQ sauces, honey, and even viscous pastes like peanut butter, fruit jam, or hazelnut-chocolate spreads. The filling and capping machine is equipped with six filling heads for dispensing liquids, as well as six heads each for positioning and sealing the spout closures. The production process is fully automated, encompassing pouch feeding, filling, spout cleaning, cap delivery via feed elevator, cap screwing, and discharge of the finished products. To ensure precise fill volumes, continuous monitoring of liquid levels is performed. PLC control, touchscreen operation monitor (menu available in multiple languages, e.g. English, German, etc.). Includes CIP system and UV sterilization lamp.
