Horizontally operating, intermittent, gear-driven filling and sealing machine for the filling and further processing of pre-made flat pouches or doypacks without zip closure. Especially suitable for extra-large pre-made pouches. Integration of various filling systems is possible (auger filler, scale, volumetric dosing, liquid, paste, and other dosing units). One pouch is processed per production cycle. As standard, the machine is equipped with one dosing unit and accordingly one filling hopper. It is possible to equip the machine with an additional dosing unit and a second filling hopper, allowing either the processing of two different materials or splitting the filling process, thereby increasing production speed (relevant, for example, with viscous products). Main components: PLC, touchscreen control monitor (menu available in various languages such as English, German, etc.), temperature control. Specifications: pouch sizes (min.-max.): L(120-400)xW(90-280)mm; max. filling capacity: 3000 ml; max. machine cycle rate idle: 50 cycles/min; 5.5 kW; 24 m³/h; machine dimensions: (L)4100 x (W)1020 x (H)1500 mm; weight: 1800 kg. All parts in contact with product are made of stainless steel (SS304). Dosing units and/or additional modules (e.g., outfeed conveyor or similar), as shown in the machine photo, are additional options for this item and are for illustrative purposes only. The machine is suitable for a wide range of composite films. We are happy to check and confirm relevant compatibility on the basis of a sample.
