Horizontally operating, intermittent, gear-driven filling and sealing machine for filling and further processing of pre-made flat pouches or Doypacks without zipper closure. Especially suitable for extra-large pre-made pouches. Integration of various filling systems is possible (auger filler, scales, volumetric dosing, liquid, paste, and other dosing units). One pouch is processed per production step. By default, the machine is equipped with 1 dosing unit and 1 filling hopper accordingly. The machine can optionally be fitted with an additional dosing unit and a second filling hopper, enabling either the processing of two different materials or splitting the filling process, thereby increasing production speed (relevant, for example, for viscous products). Main components: PLC, touchscreen control panel (menu available in various languages such as English, German, etc.), temperature control. - Specifications: Pouch sizes (min.-max.): L(120-320)xW(100-240)mm; max. filling capacity: 2000ml; max. idle cycle speed: 50 cycles/minute; 5.5kW; 24m³/h; machine dimensions: (L)3600x(W)1100x(H)1500mm; weight: 1700kg. All parts in contact with the product are made from stainless steel (SS304). The dosing units and/or other additional modules (e.g. discharge conveyor or similar) visible in the machine photo are optional extras for this item and shown for illustration purposes only.
