Horizontally operating, intermittent, gear-driven filling and sealing machine for processing and further handling of pre-made flat bags or doypacks without zip closure. Particularly suitable for large pre-made bags. Integration of various dosing systems is possible (auger filler, scale, volumetric dosing, liquid, paste, and other dispensing units). One bag is processed per production step. By default, 1 dosing unit is provided and accordingly 1 feed hopper is installed. It is possible to equip the machine with an additional dosing unit and a second feed hopper, enabling the processing of either two different materials or splitting the filling process, thereby increasing production speed (relevant, for example, with viscous products). Main components: PLC, touchscreen operator panel (menu available in various languages such as English, German, etc.), temperature control. Specifications: Bag sizes (min.-max.): L(110-310)xW(90-210)mm; max. fill capacity: 1,600ml; max. machine cycle rate idle: 50 cycles/minute; 4.5kW; 12m³/h; machine dimensions: (L)2700x(W)970x(H)1400mm; weight: 900kg. All product-contact parts are made of stainless steel (SS304). The dosing units and/or other supplementary modules (e.g., discharge conveyor or similar) shown in the machine photo are additional options for this item and are for illustrative purposes only. The machine is suitable for a wide range of composite films. We are happy to check and confirm the appropriate compatibility based on a sample.
