AMTEC HPFS MINI 10-XL

Horizontal packaging machine, MINI VERSION, for pre-made doypacks, block bottom bags or flat pouches. Modules for specific pouch features such as zip/press seal, screw cap (spout), and gusset form can be integrated. Optional: batch/date printer, gas flushing module. Pouch detectors check the correct positioning and complete opening of the doypack pouch. Once the pouch is detected, the product is dispensed into the bag via the filling spout. The sealing area is kept clean during this process. A special gripping system holds the stand-up pouch securely in position during filling, before the doypack pouch is closed and sealed.
