AMTEC HPFS CS50-L FSP

Horizontally operating, intermittent, gear-driven filling and sealing machine for processing and further handling of pre-made flat pouches or doypacks with a spout cap in the corner. Particularly suitable for large pre-made bags. Integration of liquid and paste fillers is possible. One pouch is processed per production cycle. The standard configuration includes one dosing unit and, accordingly, one filling hopper. The machine can be optionally equipped with an additional dosing unit and a second filling hopper, allowing either two different materials to be handled or the filling process to be split, which increases the production speed (especially relevant for viscous products). Main components: PLC, touchscreen control monitor (menu available in various languages, e.g. English, German, etc.), temperature control. – Specifications: Bag sizes (min.–max.): L(180–310) x W(110–210) mm; max. filling capacity: 1600 ml; max. idle machine cycle rate: 50 cycles/minute; 4.5 kW; 15 m³/h; machine dimensions: (L)3800 x (W)970 x (H)1400 mm; weight: 1300 kg. All product-contact parts are made of stainless steel (SS304). Dosing units and/or additional modules shown in the machine photo (e.g., outfeed conveyor or similar) are optional extras and shown for illustration purposes only.
