Sample system for filling wet cabbage salads such as sauerkraut or red cabbage into prefabricated bags, including vacuum sealing of the bags. The volumetric dosing station is a rotary system, unique in that a piston cylinder presses the product directly into the bag. Subsequently, the filled bags are transferred to a rotating vacuum and sealing station. Ten individual chamber vacuum sealers—especially suitable for products with a high liquid content—ensure excellent vacuum results. Thermal transfer printer and product feed unit included. PLC controlled, operated via touchscreen. Suitable for a wide range of bags, e.g. made of composite and single-layer alu, PE, BOPP, and PP films, paper, etc.
