Horizontally operating, intermittent, gear-driven packaging machine for the automatic production, filling, and sealing of flat pouches in regular or irregular shapes, optionally with hanging holes and zip closures. Adjustable for 3-side or 4-side sealing. Especially suitable for medium-sized pouches. Integration of various filling systems possible (auger filler, weighers, volumetric dosing, liquid, paste, and other dosing units). One pouch is processed per production cycle. Main components: PLC, touchscreen control panel (menu available in various languages such as English, German, etc.), temperature control.

All parts in contact with the product are made of stainless steel (SS304). The dosing units and/or additional modules (e.g., discharge conveyor or similar) shown in the machine photo are optional accessories and for illustration purposes only. The machine is suitable for a variety of composite films. We are happy to check and confirm compatibility based on sample material.
