Horizontal packaging machine for the automatic production, filling, and sealing of doypacks (stand-up pouches) in regular and irregular shapes, with euro hole and zip closure. Particularly suited for large stand-up pouches. Integration of various filling systems possible (auger filler, scale, volumetric dosing, liquid, paste, and other dosing units). One pouch is processed per production step. The standard configuration includes 1 dosing unit and accordingly 1 filling hopper. The machine can optionally be equipped with an additional dosing unit and a second filling hopper, allowing for the processing of two different materials or splitting the filling process to increase production speed (relevant, for example, with viscous products). Main components: PLC, touchscreen operator panel (menu available in multiple languages, e.g. English, German, etc.), temperature control. - Specifications: Bag sizes (min.-max.): L(120-320)xW(100-240)mm; max. filling capacity: 2000ml; max. machine cycle speed in idle: 50 cycles/minute; 10kW; 18m³/h; machine dimensions: (L)7500x(W)1250x(H)1550mm; weight: 2800kg. All parts in contact with the product are made of stainless steel (SS304). The dosing units and/or additional attachments (such as outfeed conveyor or similar) shown in the machine photo are optional extras and are for illustration purposes only. The machine is suitable for a wide range of composite films, which must have print marks. We are happy to check and confirm compatibility based on sample materials.
