Horizontal packaging machine for the automatic production, filling, and sealing of flat pouches or doypacks without zip closure. Particularly suitable for small flat and stand-up pouches. Integration of various filling systems possible (auger filler, scale, volumetric dosing, liquid, paste, and other dosing units). One pouch is processed per production cycle. By default, the machine is equipped with one dosing unit and accordingly one filling hopper. It is possible to equip the machine with an additional dosing unit and a second filling hopper, allowing either the processing of two different materials or splitting the filling process, thereby increasing production speed (relevant, for example, for viscous products). Main components: PLC, touchscreen operation monitor (menu available in various languages, e.g. English, German, etc.), temperature control. - Specifications: Pouch sizes (min.-max.): L(90-225)xW(60-140)mm; max. filling capacity: 500ml; max. machine speed (idle): 70 cycles/minute; 6.5kW; 12m³/h; machine dimensions: (L)3200x(W)1070x(H)1500mm; weight: 1600kg. All parts in contact with the product are made of stainless steel (SS304). The dosing units and/or additional add-on modules (e.g. outfeed conveyor or similar) shown in the machine photo are optional extras and serve only for illustration purposes. The machine is suitable for a wide variety of composite films, with the requirement that the films used must have print marks. We are happy to check and confirm the suitability based on a sample.

The machine/plant is also available in further versions for various packaging sizes and packaging speeds.
