Horizontally operating, intermittent, gear-driven packaging machine for the automatic production, filling, and sealing of flat pouches with regular or irregular shapes, optionally with an euro hole, without zip closure. Adjustable for 3-side or 4-side sealing. Especially suitable for medium-sized pouches. Integration of various filling systems possible (screw doser, scale, volumetric dosing, liquid, paste and other dosing units). One pouch is processed per production step. Main components: PLC, touchscreen operation monitor (menu available in multiple languages, e.g., English, German, etc.), temperature control. - Specifications: Pouch sizes (min.-max.): L(80-225)xW(50-180)mm; max. fill capacity: 400ml; max. machine cycle rate without load: 70 cycles/min; 4.5kW; 12m³/h; machine dimensions: (L)3500x(W)970x(H)1500mm; weight: 1400kg. All parts in contact with the product are made of stainless steel (SS304). The dosing units and/or other additional attachments (e.g., discharge conveyor or similar) shown in the machine photo are optional and only for illustration. The machine is suitable for a wide range of composite films. We are happy to check and confirm compatibility via sampling.

The machine/system is also available in other versions for different packaging sizes and packaging speeds.
