Horizontally operating, intermittent, gear-driven packaging machine for the automatic production, filling, and sealing of flat pouches in regular or irregular shapes, optionally with hanging hole, without zip closure. Adjustable for 3-side or 4-side sealing. Particularly suitable for large pouches. Integration of various filling systems possible (screw feeder, weighing system, volumetric dosing, liquid, paste, and other dosing units). One pouch is processed per production cycle. By default, the machine is equipped with one dosing unit and one filling funnel. It is possible to equip the machine with an additional dosing unit and a second filling funnel, allowing either the processing of two different materials or splitting the filling process, thereby increasing the maximum idle machine cycle rate (relevant, for example, when handling viscous products). Main components: PLC, touchscreen operator monitor (menu available in multiple languages, e.g., English, German, etc.), temperature control. – Specifications: Pouch sizes (min.–max.): L(120–320) × W(100–240) mm; max. filling capacity: 1000 ml; max. machine cycle rate at idle: 60 cycles/min; 5.5 kW; 18 m³/h; machine dimensions: (L)4600 × (W)1120 × (H)1500 mm; weight: 2000 kg. All product-contact parts are made of stainless steel (SS304). The dosing units and/or additional optional modules (e.g., outfeed conveyor or similar) shown in the machine photo are optional extras and serve for illustration purposes only. The machine is suitable for a wide range of composite films. We are happy to check and confirm compatibility based on your sample material.

The machine/system is also available in further versions for various packaging sizes and packaging speeds.
